The open-air pavilion has space to expand and is equipped with drop-down tent sides, setting the stage for a truly memorable wedding. The Octagonal Barn is a unique, eight-sided, 1908 two-story barn with modern conveniences and an elegant, rustic feel. Imagine gauzy white fabric billowing down from the center of the roof over your friends and family eating, drinking, and dancing at your barn reception. Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 8:00AM. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $400 to $2,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 14 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony-only wedding ranges from $400 to $2,000. Rental of the Octagonal Barn comes with use of a small Amphitheater. Please inquire about off-peak availability of the Lecture Hall and for hourly rates to rent the amphitheater.
