Kimball Hall at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church




The large, exquisite sanctuary at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Tiburon is the perfect setting for a formal, church ceremony. The welcoming, yet powerful, cement columns and walls lead to a dramatic, blue-toned ceiling above the wooden pews. Natural sunlight sneaks in the decorative stained-glass windows adding a soft contrast to the cement interior. Designed with pure lines and angles, the Kimball Hall also known as the Parish Hall, was built with thin wood beams for an architecturally pleasing interior. The natural wood warms the open space and decorative lights hang from the slanted ceiling to highlight the gleaming wood floors. Doors open to a courtyard available for gathering or taking in a breath of fresh air among the trees.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start as early as 9:30AM. Events must end by 10:00PM. The Church is available year round except the week before Easter, the week before Christmas, Thursday evenings, and Sundays before 3:00PM.

Rental Fees

The ceremony fee at the church is $2,550 which includes rehearsal, officiant, ceremony music director and organist, and assistance from the Alter Guild. Couples do not have to be a members of St. Stephen's or the Episcopalian Church to hold a service in the Sanctuary. The rental fee for Kimball Hall for 5 hours is $1,000 with ceremony at St. Stephens and $ 1,500 with a ceremony elsewhere. Additional hours can be arranged for $100/hr. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required. Please inquire with venue for more details.
