For weekend weddings, the venue requires a multi-day rental (which allows for exclusive venue access from Friday to Sunday rental). The rental fee would include overnight stay on property with an option for a 2 or 3-night minimum overnight stay (for up to 50 guests across 5 different houses on property), ranging from $23,000 to $31,000 depending upon the custom package arranged with the venue. The venue requires a Wedding Coordinator for the day of the event.
