The leasing fee is not based on per person but rather ranges from $1,000 for a Sunday through Thursday event, $1200 for a Friday event, to $1,525 for a Saturday and includes both the ceremony and/or reception, and access up to 13 hours on the day of your wedding. Our leasing fee includes: rental of the main dining room, 3 enclosed porches, use of an excellent catering kitchen, bridal room; set up of tables and chairs (enough seating to accommodate 210 guests and additional chairs could be rented); a hostess for the entire length of your event; and 2 parking attendants. An additional hour to midnight is allowed for clean up time, if needed. Also, additional time can be arranged at a greatly discounted leasing fee as a "day before addendum" for decorating, rehearsal, etc. with a leasing fee of $200 for a Sunday through Wednesday, $250.00 for a Thursday, $375.00 for a Friday.

Our venue is exceptionally affordable... and the range that Wedding Spot comes up with is based on their figures for average expenses for caterers, deejays, etc. At our venue you are welcome to bring your own food, or make arrangements for an inexpensive menu or up to an elegant sit down dinner with a caterer of your choice... for your reception based on what your wishes and budget allows!
