Time Restrictions

Verandas Beach House event time frames are daily 11 am to 4 pm. And 6 pm to 11 pm with an option to add an hour and end at midnight.

Rental Fees

There is a rental fee which varies based on the day, time and season of your event. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. An additional hour can be arranged for a fee of $1,500/hr. BYO alcohol is allowed at an additional cost of $22/guest.
