Time Restrictions

One wedding held per day. Flexible start time for wedding. Events must end by 11:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,000 to $5,000. A 5-hour reception is included. An optional on-site ceremony package can be purchased, which includes set-up and break down and one hour of rehearsal. There are food & beverage minimums required for all events, depending on the day of the week and time of year. A non-refundable deposit of the facility rental fee, or $2,500, whichever is greater, is required to book the property.
