The Pittsburgh Shrine Center Overview

For nearly 25 years, The Pittsburgh Shrine Center has served the Pittsburgh region’s desire for a flexible, multi-use special event facility. The Pittsburgh Shrine Center has hosted over 500 weddings and an equal amount of corporate, social and civic events. Inside and out the Pittsburgh Shrine Center is a premier multi-use facility with a rich history of hosting clients and events of distinction. From our glamorous gilded Grand Ballroom, to our picturesque Pavilion situated on bucolic wooded acres, our magical setting enhances every guests’ experience. The Pittsburgh Shrine Center is a venue that is strategically accessible from the city, yet situated on a sprawling compound absent from the stress of a busy urban setting.

Venue Notes

The Ballroom rental fee is $3,500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony varies according to the type of ceremony. Additional Ballroom hours can be rented for $375/hr. Ballroom minimum seating is 125 guests. Pavilion rental fee starts at $950 for a 5 hour event for 300 or less. The Pavilion rental fee is $1500 for 350 and over. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $200/hour. The pavilion is a picnic pavilion with minimum seating of 200 up to 1,000. Please call for specific fees for catering, alcohol, etc. Certain information on this site is controlled by The Wedding Spot and not correct information regarding The Pittsburgh Shrine Center.

Requirements

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Choose from a list for catering- General liability insurance required- Music must end by midnight- No open flames, glitter, confetti, smoke-fog-haze machines, no indoor sparklers or fireworks- No outside alcohol is permitted in the Pavilion. Must purchase alcohol and bartenders from the facility- No outside alcohol permitted. Venue will provide the bartenders- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking outside only- Venue must approve all decorations
