Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Town Code requires outdoor amplified music cut-off at 10pm. That doesn't mean the party has to end -there are several after-party restaurant options available. Please inquire with venue for details.

Rental Fees

The rental fee for this venue is $8,000, which can be waived when guests book 40 rooms or more for a minimum of two nights. The venue allows for 5 hours of event time (One Hour Cocktail Hour with Passed Hors D'oeuvres, & 4 Hour Reception) excluding set up and clean up time. There are all-inclusive packages available, which start at $195 per person and vary depending on menus and options selected. Additional hours can be arranged.
