For instance, the 42nd Floor Loft’s views alone will keep your guests talking and the open space allows incredible flexibility to keep the entertainment flowing. For a more intimate and classic look, the 42nd Floor Club provides stunning downtown views, but the coziness and warmth associated with a classic country club style setting. Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,600 to $2,800 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $800 to $1,450. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $600/hr.
