Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at noon. Events must end by midnight. Additional hours can be purchased the night of the event if requested.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2,000 to $3,775 for a reception and includes 12 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony ranges from $0 to $1,350.

Wedding Cost

The average wedding cost at 12 West Main is estimated at between $7,640 and $12,390 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
