Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $400 to $4,800 for a reception and includes 7.5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $500 with reception rental. There is a guest minimum of 50 applied to all events. Additional hours can be arranged for an approximate fee of $500/hr.
