The Vandiver Manson is also available for your party and provides an elegant space for wedding preparation. It is the perfect spot to snap intimate wedding photos of you and your love. Set up time can start 2 hours prior to event. Events must end by 9:00PM.
The rental fee starts at $500 for a ceremony and starts at $1,500 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all peak season Saturday events and includes 7 overnight rooms. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $5 per person per hour. Minimums are based on a per person estimate between $100 to $140 before taxes. Pricing includes tables, chairs, linens, dinnerware, glassware, silverware, facilities for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception, heating or cooling systems, food, caterers, servers, bar, bartenders, wedding cake and an in-house Wedding Coordinator to help guide you along the way. We do not have any hidden fees such as cake cutting nor corkage fees.
