Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $2,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 4 1/2 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. If over 90 guests, a additional fee of $200 is required. The rental fee includes complementary parking for all your guests. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit of $300 is required.
