The Kessler Overview

The Kessler Theatre is sure to impress your wedding guests with its perfect combination of historic significance and contemporary amenities. Built as a pre-World War II, Art Deco movie house in the 1940’s, The Kessler has been transformed to accommodate your perfect contemporary wedding while retaining an aura and spirit of the past. The Kessler is unparalleled in creating an atmosphere that will provide an exciting and unique experience for your guests to remember. The space, with its dark hardwood floors and dim lighting, creates a romantic and luxurious atmosphere for your celebration. The wraparound balcony adds to the unique space and provides more places for you and your guests to talk and laugh. Imagine your first dance with your new spouse in the middle of the retro-feeling dance floor under a string of twinkling fairy lights as your guests gaze on. The Kessler is sure to wow with its historic charm and beauty as the venue for your wedding reception.

Venue Notes

The rental fee ranges from $4,000 to $10,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of event time including set up and clean up time. The same rental fees apply for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $100/hr. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. Catering is provided by venue and outside catering is allowed as an option too. Please note the Kessler Theater and the Heights Theater are available for rentals seven days a week, schedule permitting. Please check show calendar if a specific date is available.
