The below rental fee also includes our Party Barn which is located near Bushman's Celebration Center: The Party Barn is $850 for the day, $1,200 if you want the day before and day of. It comes with 7 rectangular tables and 100 metal folding chairs. We will clean it prior to your arrival but the rest is up to you. We are not responsible for set up, maintaining the event and clean up. You are expected to leave the barn how you found it. You can bring in whatever food and drink/alcohol you want. If you have alcohol, you are required to have security. We don't offer any packages as it is a complete do-it-yourself venue, however, that is the beauty of the barn to make it what you would like! The max capacity for the barn is 200 people. There are a few spots outside the barn where you could have a ceremony as well. Plus, next to the barn is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow house that you can rent. It is $300 for one night and $500 for two nights. The deposit required for the Party Barn is $800 and goes towards your final balance. Bushman's Celebration Center is $3,500 for a Saturday and includes: Space for up to 500 people tables and chairs dance floor catering kitchen - you can bring in whatever catering you want as long as they are licensed. stage/sound system/microphones bar open for your guests and staffed. If you'd like you can sponsor part of the bar for your guests or you can leave it as a cash bar. We do all of the set up and clean up at Bushman's. Only thing you are required to do is remove what you brought in the building that evening! We can set up a ceremony and reception in the main room. Bushman's deposit is $1000 and is refundable.
