The covered pavilion is an ideal setting for a pre-ceremony or pre-reception cocktail hour; it also serves as the perfect backup for your outdoor ceremony. The house’s main deck is also a great location for cocktail hour. After posing for your formal portraits, reunite with your guests on the first floor of the house for your reception. Enjoy a catered meal and end your celebration with toasts and dancing. The property managers are happy to assist you in planning the details of your special day.

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 1:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $3500 for a yourceremony and reception.This includes a rehearsal time prior to your event, bringing up supplies to the venue the week of your wedding, and the venue for the day and evening or your wedding. The venue must be restored and cleaned up no later than 11 am the day following your event. All visits to the venue must be coordinated prior to your visits. A non-refundable security deposit of 25% is required to book your event. Please inquire with venue coordinator to purchase additional hours and information.
