Venue Notes

For weddings or special events, we do offer a few packages. The various packages are listed below. Full Facility Rental - $2750 Full facility rentals for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays Sundays do offer a more flexible times (up to 7 hours) Includes the usage of the full facility, which includes: the Atrium, Discovery Rooms (use of the Discovery Room Screens), Outside Grounds for unlimited time between 5 PM and 12 AM (Midnight) for Friday and Saturday rentals, Rooms to get ready in, Parking. Guest capacity for up to 200 guests Open vendor policy (excluding Vendor for tables and chairs) Staging kitchen for catering One hour rehearsal included Flexible payment schedule options Refundable deposit Venue Coordinator will remain on site for full duration of the rental Limited Facility Rental - $1750 Limited facility rentals for Sundays or when the River Legacy Nature Center may not be able to offer the full facility due to programming. Sundays do offer a more flexible time (up to 7 hours) and can add more hours, up to 3 hours at the discretion of the Venue Coordinator for an additional charge. Includes the usage of the facility, which includes: the Atrium, Outside Grounds for 7 hours of the clients choosing (with a rental end time of 11 PM), Rooms to get ready in, Parking. Guest capacity for up to 100 guests Open vendor policy (excluding Vendor for tables and chairs) Staging kitchen for catering Flexible payment schedule options Refundable deposit Venue Coordinator will remain on site for full duration of the rental
