This romantic site is excellent for both ceremonies and receptions. Surrounded by trees and wild flowers, Meadowoods contains the essential element for the perfect modern day fairytale wedding. For an unexpected yet remarkable feel, Stone Court offers a magnificent area at the base of the mountain surrounded by stone columns and arches. For an indoor gathering, the Seasons Rooms are ideal for a larger wedding ceremony. There are also a variety of options for a separate reception venue. The Timberstone room with an incredible view of the front face of the mountain and the Alpine Room with a deck at the base of the mountain are only a couple fantastic options!

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a guest minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 14 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a wedding ceremony ranges from $500 to $5,500. Additional hours can be arranged through venue coordinator. For outdoor receptions, tents are required and must be rented through a third party vendor. Please inquire about outdoor reception availability.
