Become part of a legacy when you hold your wedding in the gracious space on the ground floor of the Historic Kittredge Building. Inside you will be delighted with the imported sliding windows that open to the 16th Street Mall and afford a wonderful opportunity for guests to watch downtown life glide past. The hand-crafted Vermont cherry wood bars, vaulted ceilings and black-and-white tile floors are just a taste of the unique and historic architectural style that will be the backdrop to your wedding portraits. From an intimate gathering to lavish party for up to 200 people, Marlowe’s upscale saloon is the perfect location for celebrations of all sizes! Located upstairs the Mezzanine offers a commanding view of the main restaurant and 16th St. and is an inviting atmosphere for a seated dinner or cocktail reception. The Loo is an architecturally unique room that has loads of natural light streaming in creating a bright cheery atmosphere. If you want to add dancing to your reception The Dance is a room that boasts not only a dance floor but can be set up for a sit down meal or a large cocktail reception.

Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 1:30AM on Friday through Saturday or midnight for Sunday through Thursday events.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception. The venue allows 2 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. Please inquire with venue coordinator for pricing.
