Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by midnight or later time can be arranged for a fee.
The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $6,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 8 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. A $10,000 minimum for catering and equipment rentals is required on Saturdays in peak season and all holiday weekends.
