Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 10:00AM. Events must end by midnight in the Ballroom, 9:00PM outdoors and 10:00PM in the lodge.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $800 to $1,500 for a reception and includes 11 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony is $800. Prices may change without notice. Please inquire with venue coordinator for details.

Wedding Cost

The average wedding cost at Running Y Ranch is estimated at between $5,704 and $13,366 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
