Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 9:00AM for outdoors at 4:00PM indoors. Events must end by 12:00AM. Special accommodations may be available.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $4,000 to $4,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee ranges from $1,000 to $1,500 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit is required, please inquire with venue. A cleaning fee of $85 is applied to all events. Please note that only one wedding can be accommodated for both floors.
