Following your whimsical and romantic outdoor ceremony is a grand reception in the ranch’s Great Western Hall – one of the classiest barns in the west! The impressive grand hall boasts barn wood walls, wood plank floors and cathedral style ceiling. It’s upper mezzanine level has a private meeting room, perfect for sharing a private moment with your new spouse, as well as two large balconies that overlook the main floor with spacious dormers looking out over forest views. The elegant barn can also be used for an indoor ceremony. Enjoy dinner and dancing in this enchanting setting. The property managers will be more than happy to help you with all the details.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 8:00AM. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2,500 to $3,000 for an indoor ceremony and reception and includes 14 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. The fee for an outdoor ceremony is $700. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required.

Wedding Cost

The average wedding cost at Green Springs Box R Ranch is estimated at between $6,525 and $13,177 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
