Time Restrictions

5 - hour event time with 3 hours for setup and 1 hour of teardown included within the package. Events must end by 12:00AM. Additional hours requested are $500 per hour.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a 100 guest minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $750 and includes an extra hour of event time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr.
