Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 9:00AM. Events must end by midnight. Saturday weddings are for the whole day 9:00AM to Midnight included in venue fee; other days are allowed your choice of a nine-hour block but may buy the full day for $500. We only do one event per day.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $7,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 9 hours of rental time including setup time. There is a food and beverage minimum of $39 per person applied to all Friday, Saturday and Sunday events. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Receptions on the lawn require additional rentals such as tenting. It is required that $12 of wine must be purchased per guest. 10% discount for active duty military.

The average wedding cost at Zenith Vineyard is estimated at between $5,215 and $16,715 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
