360 East at Montauk Downs has breathtaking panoramic views of Montauk Lake, vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with a wonderful adjoining wrap around terrace. Hold your ceremony atop the Montauk Bluffs, the base of the historic Montauk lighthouse, or right on Hither Hills Beach. Throughout the venue you will find high vaulted wood-planked ceilings, dark rounded chandeliers, a large stone fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows and a wrap around patio. We can accommodate 350 guests for a standing cocktail reception and up to 200 guests for a seated dinner. For a Grand Reception with four different food stations, our capacity is between 140 and 150. We are part of the Lessing's organization and have vast experience in providing our brides a great customized wedding experience.

The wedding package for a Saturday during on-peak season is $129 per person. There are discounts for other days of the week and off season. The rental fee for a ceremony is $2,000 and there is a minimum of 100 guests required for wedding events. The fee to set up the ceremony space is $2,000 with reception rental.
