The building was designed in 1892 in the Arts and Craft Style for the McMinnville Ballroom Association and fully restored in 2002, lending a historical authenticity to your wedding that not many venues can provide. Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 7:00AM. Events must end by 11:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,200 to $2,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 16 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. The fee for a ceremony-only wedding ranges from $1,200 to $2,500. A refundable security deposit of $400 is required. Please inquire with venue coordinator for half-day rental fee details and for exact pricing on weekday full-day rentals, which begin at $1,200.
