Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at two hours prior to the event start time. Events must end by 2:00AM.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time without ceremony and 6 hours with ceremony. The set up fee for a wedding ceremony is $1,200. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $300/hr. A non-refundable deposit is required. An outside caterer is allowed for an additional fee of $40 per guest.
