Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $350 to $750 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is an additional fee of $20/person and a food and beverage minimum of $1,500 if you choose to have a beachside reception. The fee to rent the Duck Pond or Beach for a wedding ceremony is $1,000. Additional hours can be arranged. Minimum of 50 guests for all events.
