Description

Located in historic Belmar Park, Lakewood Heritage Center offers a beautiful and unique setting for your dream wedding. In addition to the natural beauty of the spacious park you will also find historic landmark buildings of the 20th century. There are several different indoor and outdoor venue options at this site but all are accompanied by gorgeous mountain views, as all Colorado weddings should be! The Visitor Center Plaza is an Art Deco Style Building that features a grand hallway, which could be a possibility for your ceremony, and the Orchard Room, a lovely reception spot with expansive views from the West facing windows. For a truly remarkable wedding, the canopied outdoor amphitheater is truly breathtaking and offers stunning views of the Rocky Mountains. A romantic outdoor ceremony site is the Gazebo, which is bordered by beautiful landscaping and offers sweeping views of the Rockies. For a country chic wedding, the Red Barn Lawn is the perfect rustic backdrop to your outdoor festivities.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $79/hr to $219/hr for a reception and/or ceremony site and requires a 3-hour minimum plus a one-time $150 set up fee for indoor spaces. Rental fees are estimated for a 5-hour reception. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee based on space chosen. A refundable security deposit of $250 is required. Please inquire with venue coordinator for discounted pricing Tuesday through Friday 10:00AM to 4:00PM.
