Whitney Peak Ballroom is now presenting it's brand new event space and ballroom! Our new space is like nothing you have seen in Reno before. Time Restrictions

Two hour setup time prior to the event start time. Total dinner reception and dancing time is 5 total hours with a 30 additional minutes for the ceremony

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $2100-$5100 for a reception and includes 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. (Additional hours can be arranged at an extra fee per hour.) Packages may be customized with a food and beverage minimum that will fit any size of group ranging 20-500 guests. Packages Include: *Dance Floor and/or staging, floor length satin linen with napkins, silverware and glassware, basic Wi-Fi and luxury service staff. All packages are subject to a food and beverage minimum spend based on the estimated number of guests and event location. A security deposit is required.
