Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 11:00AM. Events must end by 11:00PM. The Island is only available for events May through mid-October.

Rental Fees

Ceremony and Reception package rental fees range from $3,700 to $6,000, including 9 hours of rental time. Reception only rental fees range from $2,500 to $6,000 and include 6 hours of rental time. Ceremony only rates range from $500 to $2,000 pending on season. All packages include day of wedding coordination, all tables, chairs and linen for the event.
