Ceremony site fees include; site for 90 minutes, white wedding chairs set up and break-down, wooden handmade arbor, parking for your guest excluding date June 15th-Labor Day. Receptions site fee include; site for 5.5 hours, 1935sqft covered patio area, set up and break-down of reception site equipment, white wedding chairs, round or rectangle tables, standard table linens and napkins, standard white plate, flatware, water glasses, champagne and wine glasses upon request, bartenders, food servers, food tasting for 2, run-through rehearsal, and day of on site manager/coordinator.Amenities And Requirements

- Alcohol must be provided by venue- All food and beverage handled by venue- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Catering provided by venue- Food & beverage minimum- Music must end by 9:30PM- No open flame- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Real flowers must be used if they are part of your decorations- Shuttle service is required >60 guests on the weekends- Smoking in designated areas only- Valet parking or shuttle service required- Venue must approve all decorations- Wheelchair access limited
