Rental Fees

There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. All food and alcohol must be provided from the hotel's culinary team. The hotel also provides free parking for all guests (you won't find that in Boston Proper)!
