Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area Overview
Exchange your vows with your loved one in one of the most scenic outdoor locations in all of Vegas! The deep red mountains, pastel desert colors, and unique rock formations of Red Rock Canyon provide the perfect natural backdrop for your wedding. As the sun moves across the sky, the landscape's colors and hues vary greatly, making this a truly magical place to get married. The area was designated as one of Nevada's first national conservation areas and offers multiple locations for scenic wedding photoshoots<. Located just 20 minutes away from the Las Vegas Strip, Red Rock Canyon is one of our most popular wedding locations. The locations for the ceremony and photoshoot are easily accessible and won't require a long hike.Venue Notes
Fees are dependent on whether you choose to book with one of Red Rock Canyon's (RRC) full-time wedding permittee companies, or choose to apply for a commercial or organized group special recreation permit (SRP). SRPs are permits that will grant you the authorization to have your wedding ceremony at one of 8 different locations at RRC. If you are applying for an organized group permit, fees will be the greater of $130 or $7/person. For a commercial permit (meaning you are hiring an officiant, photographer, or anyone receiving financial compensation) it will be the greater of $130, $7/person or 3% of your officiant and/or photographer's fee, PLUS a $260 site fee. Full-time wedding permittee companies will cost more, but will handle all the ins and outs of your wedding and will provide everything for you and ensure the stipulations at RRC are followed.
