Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 10:00PM on Fridays and Saturdays or 4:00AM for Sunday through Thursday events.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $500 to $5,000 for a ceremony and reception and includes 14 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee for a ceremony-only wedding is $4,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $350/hr. A refundable security deposit of $1,500 is required.
