The Pavilion
The Pavilion at The Estate Yountville is comprised of 15,265 square feet. Surrounded by lush lawns, brick walkways, and flowing fountains provides a natural elegance for any grand affair. Accommodates ceremonies up to 200, receptions up to 1,200 guests, and plated meals up to 680 guests in its entirety.

The Barrel Room
Glam meets grace in The Barrel Room where you can dine and dance the night away under our vintage wrought iron chandeliers. Surrounded by exposed brick and glowing warmth, this historic Barrel Rooms 2,470 square feet will create the perfect ambiance for your guests inside, plus there’s an outdoor lawn with market lights for additional space under the stars.

Time Restrictions

Flexible set-up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 12:00 AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $3,000 to $12,000 for ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set-up and clean-up time. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,500 per hour. Food and beverage minimum applies.

The average wedding cost at Vintage House is estimated at between $24,512 and $49,431 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
