Set up time can start at 8:00AM. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $500 to $1,800 for a reception and includes 12 hours of rental time including set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum of $50 per person applied to all events and a guest minimum required for Saturday events. The fee for a ceremony is $500. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required.
