There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $10 per person to include set-up chairs, battery operated speaker with microphone and Fruit Infused Water Station . The Beach Side Deck is managed by the City of Deerfield Beach and the permit cost is $318 plus $100 refundable deposit.
