Flexible set up start time based on availability. Events must end by midnight.

Rental Fees

There is no rental fee for the reception but there is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a rental fee to rent the boardwalk between $750-$1250 depending on size of ceremony, to include set-up chairs, battery operated speaker with microphone and Fruit Infused Water Station . The Beach Side Deck is managed by the City of Deerfield Beach, the hotel will take care of getting the permit at no additional costs.
