The Beechwoods at Villa Roma Overview
Overlooking Callicoon’s rolling hills, the Beechwoods at Villa Roma provide a multitude of options to help you create your special day. Upon entering the hotel, your guests will be greeted by a dramatic staircase leading to the ballroom. 16-foot windows then provide your guests with a view of the stunning statues, gardens, and fountains. You may choose to have your event at the Country Club, the Main Ballroom, or the Forum Nightclub. Often described as a “land-based cruise”, the Beechwoods at Villa Roma offers pools, spa services, tennis, golf, dance halls and bowling. Your guests will feel pampered during their entire stay for this special getaway weekend. Villa Roma's wedding coordinator and professional staff are also available to provide you with the utmost service and attention for your perfect wedding day so you can relax and enjoy the special moments.Venue Notes
The wedding packages start at $65 per person. There is no rental fee for the reception. There is a food and beverage minimum of $10,000 that is required for all events. The venue allows for 5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The fee for indoor or outdoor wedding ceremony is $6 per person with a minimum of $350. Additional hours can be arranged. Please inquire with venue wedding coordinator for more details. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required.Amenities And Requirements
