Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 8:00AM. Events must end by 8:00PM (or sunset, whichever is sooner), since no night time events are permitted.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $2,500 for a one day event including both ceremony and reception. Additional set up/breakdown days cost $1,000 each. The full 12 hours of rental time on day of event, includes set up and clean up opportunity. A conditionally refundable security / key deposit of $1,000 is required, plus your own event insurance.
