Time Restrictions

Set up time can start 2 hours prior to event start time. Events must end by 1:00AM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $600 to $3,500 for a reception and includes 5.5 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The fee for a ceremony ranges from $700 to $1,000. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A bar package is required to extend event hours and is an additional fee. Please inquire with venue coordinator for details. A refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required.
