Time Restrictions

Set up time can start two hours prior to the event start time or additional set up hours is a fee of $250/hr. Events must end by midnight (Friday/Saturdays) and 10:30PM (Sunday-Thursday).

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $3,500 to $7,000 for a reception. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to all events. The venue allows 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The set up fee for a ceremony is $1,500 with reception rental or $2,000 for a ceremony only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $1,500/hr. A refundable security deposit of $500 is required. Please inquire with the venue for off peak season (January to March) rental rates and the food and beverage minimums that apply. The venue has an onsite in-house entertainment company, Entertainment Express. They offer DJs, Masters Of Ceremony, and special lighting packages through a separate vendor contractual agreement. A bar minimum is $1,800 must be met (varies on day of the week).
