The bountiful Holman Ranch Vineyards boasts an old-world charm with luxurious amenities in the Carmel Valley. Secluded atop the hills and blanketed with native gardens, vineyards and groves of Tuscan olive trees, the 20th century renaissance estate was formerly a retreat for celebrities. Now the fully-restored, 1928 Carmel stone hacienda offers a private destination with sweeping views of the Santa Lucia Mountains. Among the lush land are ponds, horse stables, an intimate chapel, and a Great Room with original terracotta tile and Spanish-style architecture. The farmhouse-style Carriage House is an open space with an exposed-beamed ceiling, often decorated with twinkling lights for a romantic atmosphere. Vines and ivy naturally highlight the stone facades of the courtyard and plaza.

Time Restrictions

Start times of events are based on which wedding package is booked. All events must end by 10:00PM with vendors and guests off the property no later than 11:00 p.m.

Rental Fees

Holman Ranch offers two wedding package options that can be customized to meet your wedding dreams! The Wedding Retreat package is a multi-day wedding getaway, with a two night minimum stay in the ranch's 10 guest rooms (that can accommodate up to 38 people). This package is available for Friday and Saturday weddings during peak season (May - October) and ranges in price from $28,000 - $32,000 (including the guest rooms and venue rental). The Carpe Diem package is a one-day wedding that is available Sunday through Thursday during peak season. Venue rental ranges in price from $10,000 - $12,750. Both packages offer exclusive use of the ranch's facilities, and the site fees quoted are based on 150 guests. Additional headcount fee is assessed for weddings larger than 150 guests, and discounts are given for headcounts less than 100 guests.
