Time Restrictions

Flexible set up start time. Early morning can be arranged. Events must end by 11:30PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee is $2,500 for a reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. The venue fee for a wedding ranges from $2,500 to $3,500 with reception rental or $3,000 for a ceremony-only wedding. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee. Please inquire with venue coordinator for details.

The average wedding cost at The Peaks Resort & Spa is estimated at between $10,180 and $25,550 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
