The West Shore Café and Inn is one of Lake Tahoe's only private locations directly on the lakeshore. You can choose to host your ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner entirely outdoors on the enchanting deck and pier. Let the lake be your "something blue" - arrive to your ceremony via boat, or hop aboard immediately following for some time with your new spouse! Another option is to host your ceremony on the private lakefront lawn surrounded by fluttering aspen trees, the lawn creating a beautiful contrast to the striking blue of the lake just beyond. During the colder months you may prefer to hold your ceremony indoors and the Lakefront Dining Room is the perfect choice for a cozy winter ceremony. Tahoe's elegant charm is resplendent in our dining room, which features floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of Lake Tahoe. The natural beauty of Tahoe, paired with the spark of true love will create a truly special day that you and your guests will remember forever.

Time Restrictions

Set up time can start at 9:00AM. Events must end by 10:00PM.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $3,500 (November and December) to $12,000 (June, September and October) for the ceremony and reception and includes 6 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. There is also a food and beverage minimum applied to Friday through Sunday events. For August, a rental fee of $15,000 and a $25,000 food and beverage minimum is required. Please inquire with the venue for exact rates for the other months of the year which vary on day of the week. Please inquire with the venue for the weekday rental fees that vary by time of year. Additional hours can be arranged for a fee of $500/hr. A refundable security deposit of 50% of the site rental fee is required.

The average wedding cost at West Shore Cafe and Inn is estimated at between $11,369 and $22,098 for a ceremony & reception for 100 guests.
