McCreery House





The McCreery House is a Nationally Registered Historic Home nestled in the Sweetheart City of Loveland CO. Built in the 1890's it was originally known as the Showplace of Loveland. This venue is an ideal choice for an elegant and enchanting wedding and reception. The home and gardens can accommodate up to 150 guests. The McCreery House is also a stunning venue for private parties such as anniversaries, bridal and baby showers, birthday and holiday gatherings.
Venue Rental includes:
* Private and exclusive use of the Historic McCreery House, Carriage House, and Gardens
* Unlimited appointments with your venue/event coordinator
* 5 hours of event time, 2 hours of prep time, 1 hour of pack out time (additional hours may be added)
* 1-hour rehearsal the week of your wedding
* Tables, chairs, linen table clothes and napkins for all your guests
* Dishware, glassware, flatware, and serving accessories
* Non Alcoholic beverage service (tea, water, lemonade, coffee)
* Bride, Groom, and Bridal Party changing quarters
* McCreery House set up and clean up crews
* Day of Event Coordinator + guest service staff member
* Complimentary Decor items should they fit your taste/style
* Complimentary Vendor Coordination - we will work together with your vendors or ours to make sure your day is the best ever!
