The rental fee starts at $18,000 for a 3-day venue rental including indoor and outdoor ceremony and receptions spaces, bridal lounge and groom's saloon. Venue can accommodate up to 300 guests easily.Amenities And Requirements

Requirements
- Alcohol must be served by licensed bartender/caterer- Amplified music OK indoors and outdoors- Approved outside caterer allowed- BYO alcohol- General liability insurance required- Licensed outside caterer is allowed with venue approval- Music must end by 10:00PM- No rice, birdseed, confetti, etc.- Smoking in designated areas only- Valet parking or shuttle service required- Venue must approve all decorations- Wedding coordinator required
