The Mountain Vista overlooks the entire Santa Ynez Valley and Mountain Range, an ideal spot for romantic wedding portraits while your guests enjoy cocktail hour in The Park. There are multiple dinner and dancing options: * Sycamore Lane with one long farm table perhaps with chandeliers strung from the maginificent sycamore trees, and surrounded by horses on either side. * The Park with clusters of Birch Trees, crisp green grass and horses all around. * The Covered Barn near the Race Track - a perfect canvas for whatever you envision!

Set up time can start at 9:00AM. Events must end by midnight

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $7,500 to $10,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 7 hours of event time. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total venue rental is due upon booking and a refundable $1,000 security deposit is required. Bridal suite and cottage included in the above price. A generator is included for all wedding rentals. In-house vintage rentals available: Vintage china, lace table clothes, wooden tables and benches, milk glass centerpieces with flowers included, vintage wood and leather church pews, vintage horse-drawn carriage and much more! Venue can accommodate up to 800 guests, please inquire for additional rental fee information past 350 guests. A licensed Event Coordinator and Caterer is required for all wedding bookings. Bring your own beer, wine and hard alcohol.
