Time Restrictions

Check-in times vary on the day of the week. Our couples are welcome to arrive on property earlier in the day to begin preparations. We guarantee 7 hours of event time from ceremony to reception, however there is flexibility on ceremony start times. The events will conclude at 10pm.

Rental Fees

The rental fee ranges from $1,500 to $7,500 for a ceremony and reception and includes 7 hours of event time excluding set up and clean up time. In addition, refundable security deposit of $1,000 is required.
